Assessment Criteria

A. ARTICLES PRESENTATIONS
Students need to prepare a professional presentation, using the appropriate visual aids such as PowerPoint, and lead the class through the paper and a critique thereof.
Presentation of an empirical/hypothesis testing article should identify: (1) the research question and explain why it is interesting; (2) the key assumptions, theories, variables (independent, dependent, intervening, moderator, etc.) and hypotheses; (3) the sample, research design, hypothesis-testing test method, and results of tests; and (4) the contributions, limitations, and implications.
Presentation of a theory/literature review article should identify: (1) the major research 3 questions/issues posed by the literature reviewed and why these questions/issues are interesting; (2) the key assumptions, theories, variables (independent, dependent, intervening, moderator, etc.), and primary theoretical suggestions; and (3) the contributions, limitations, and implications.
B. RESEARCH DESIGN
Students are expected design a research survey or experiment in your chosen business domain. Overall, your manuscript should be around 18-32 pages (double-spaced, one-inch margins, 12-point font) in length.Your resulting paper should include the following:
1. Introduction (2-4 pages) should include purpose(s) of the research project, importance and relevance of the research question(s).,expected scholarly and practical contribution(s).
2. Theory and Hypotheses (5-10 pages) should include appropriate theory, literature and logic, testable hypotheses.
3. Research Method (5-10 pages) should include explanation of the variables and metrics, presentation of survey or or experiment.
4. Results (3-4 pages) ; should include describition of how you would analyze the data, reason for chosing those statistical testing procedures.
5. Summary and Conclusion (3-4 pages) should include potential benefits of your study to theory and practice, explanation of the limitations of the study , suggestions for future research arising from your study.
