Course Objective

The aim of this course is to cover the topics in advance international finance related with international financial markets in global competitive conditions. In PHD level course, students knowledge will be deepen and discussed theory and empirical researches. Students are expected to design a research in that area. Relevant topics and issues;, international foreign exchange markets, foreign exchange risk management, international capital flow and financial sources.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand different parity teories.
2   Understand the transactions in foreign exchange market
3   Evaluate the foreign exchange risk and risk management techniques for companies
4   Acquire the skills and knowledge to conduct professional research in international finance.
5   To develop abilities to think critically and to structure and defend arguments, and to communicate those arguments effectively on different g theories.
