Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the general rules of competition policy and law and to provide information about practice of competition law and its institutions.

1   To learn the concepts and the institutions of competition policy and law.
2   To determine problems arising from application of competition policy and law.
3   To prevent and to solve the problems which may occur from the application of competition policy and law.

9 Competition Board, the formation, duties and authorizations
10 Review and research procedures of the Competition Board
11 Administrative penalties
12 Jurisdiction procedures against the decisions of the Board
13 The results of restriction of competition in the field of private law
14 Review and assessment of the competition board decision
