Course Objective

The main objective of this course is to present current topics and latest discussions in management and organization literature

1   To analyze and synthesize current discussions about management and organization theories
2   To demonstrate accumulated knowledge by analyzing, evaluating and criticizing arguments of management and organization studies
3   To question current theories in terms of academic writing and reading and to identify needs required for developing skills and competencies in order to offer alternative viewpoints
4   To develop oral and written communication skills, expressing and defending their opinions and thoughts
