Course Objective

It is aimed to provide students current and recent theoretical and practical discussions about cross-cultural management issues.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Analyze and synthesize current discussions regarding cross-cultural management theories.
2   Demonstrate knowledge about analyzing, evaluating and criticizing arguments given in cross-cultural management studies
3   Recognize the needs for developing skills and competencies for interrogating existing theories and suggesting alternative perspectives in terms of academic writing and reading.
4   Develop oral/written communication skills; articulate and defend his/her position.
