Course Objective

To look legal verses of Quran in holistic way, and evaluate them in place of Islamic law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To detect place of legal verses in the Sunnah
2   To detect place of legal verses in fiqh
3   To recognize the books of Ahkam al-Quran and to benefit from them
4   To take into account the differences of madhab in the understanding of the verses
5   To take into account the social and politic differences in the understanding of the verses
