Course Objective

This course will provide the students the ability to prepare different styles of cocktails and make their services.

1   The ability of making use of bar measures
2   The ability of decorating glasses for a service and preparing garnitures and decorations with eatable products
3   The ability of preparing cocktails by making use of various methods and techniques in bars.
4   The ability of doing animation ahows with the help of bar equipments and cards.
5   The ability of undertaking cost controls and fulling up stocks
