Course Objective

Reading of Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit.

1   Knows overall philosophical theory of Hegel 2   Knows the overall structure of the Phenomenology of Spirit. 3   Knows the difference between idealist and materialist concepts of dialectic. 4   Can explore the preface of the Phenomenology of Spirit in detail. 5   Knows how the question of consciousness and self-consciousness dealt with in the Phenomenology of Spirit.
