Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide the understanding of historical development, philosophical extents of counselling and the content of occupation. It is aimed that to bring the students who will be employment and career counseller in the main counselling skills with explaining counselling occupations and characteristics.

2   To distinguish career counselling with other counselling types
3   To adapt knowledge that obtaint from counselling theory to career counselling
4   To use cognitive-behavioral approach in counselling process
