Course Objective

To analyze phenomenon of working and working life from sociological perspective, and in this context to gain students the ability of evaluating of working life in the integrity of the social structure.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to evaluate the development of working phenomenon in process of social change
2   Being able to interpret the changes in working life in the integrity of society
3   Being able to dispute the relationship between working life and professions
4   Being able to analyze the developments in labor markets and employment from a sociological perspective
5   Being able to evaluate organizations, groups and networks in working life from a sociological perspective
6   Being able to explain the problems of working life from a sociological perspective
