Course Objective

To identify and analyse cases which cause psychological problems in working life, to study their effects on individual, organisational and social dimensions, to discuss job-worker match and work happiness.

1   To be able to position psychology of work in psychology science and areas of psychology related with working life
2   To be able to identify areas which cause psychological problems related with working life
3   To be able to ident.fy the effects of psycholoical problems on individuasl, organisations and society
