Course Objective

To provide information to student about measurement and evaluation concepts and applications in the field of employment and career counseling, to gain students the ability of using tools and techniques of individual recognation, data collection, measurement and evaluation in the process of measurement and evaluation

1   Being able to identify measurement and evaluation from employment and career counseling perspective
2   Being able to relate measurement and evaluation methods and techniques and employment and career counseling
3   Being able to illustrate measured qualitiesi the field of employment and career counseling
4   Being able to analyze counselee's employability in the labour market
5   Being able to recognize the scientific, social and ethical values in the stages of data collection and interpretation in the the field of employment and career counseling
