Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach students the knowledge about communication and to gain students the ability to use their knowledge when interacting with the client.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to comprehend the importance of communucation and interaction to be successful in the working life
2   Being able to associate the basic elements, types, barriers and conflicts of communication with each other
3   Being able to acquire the skills to use active listening and body language
4   Being able to recognize communication tools and methods which consultant needs
5   Being able to analyze between techniques and practices of communication
