Course Objective

The objective of this course is to evaluate the occupations linking with the formal and non-formal dimension of Turkish Education System. With this course, it is expected from our students that to analyse the occupational structure in Turkey with considering the abilities and qualifications which is gained from formal and non-formal education.

1   To have information about Turkish Education System with its formal and non-formal dimensions
2   To define the concept of occupation
3   To define the concepts of qualifications and skills and to relate it with occupations
4   To have information about the education institutions and its basic functions
5   To analyse the basic qualifications that is required in several occupations
