Course Objective

The purpose of this lesson is to present a detailed analysis of the employment
relationship between employee and employer. Course includes both individual contracts
and collective bargaining agreements in Turkish Labour Law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain the relationship between employer and employee.
2   To be able to apply information about the quality of working life onto career plans.
3   To be able to define the unions and collective bargaining process.
4   To be able to define the ethical dimension of labour relations.
5   To be able to establish a relationship between consultancy and labour
