Course Objective

To understand the reasons of marine transportation and accidents, marine traffic safety systems, work accidents in industrial ports and safety precautions, reasons of the tanker accident and determine precautions, the role of the human and environmental factors in marine accidents, system safety, safety management, statistical assessment of the accidents and risk analyze and to gain scientific research skills about salvage.
