Course Objective

1The purpose of communication in case of emergency and crisis is reducing the possible damages, reducing the fear and worries to the minimum level in public, ensuring the information flow to the masses under risk and to the public. The purpose of the curse is, to make sure the students understand the main principles and strategies of crisis communication , and teaching them how to use these tools.

3   Be able to determine the target mass in crisis communication
4   Be able to determine the messages in crisis communication
