Course Objective

The aim of the course is comprehending historical and recent debates on gender studies; learning gender theories and being able to analyze gender relations in society; and in the light of these discussions, resolving gender relations in daily life.

2   Being able to explain main theoretical approaches and concepts used in the area of gender
3   Being able to compare main theoretical approaches in the area of gender
4   Being able to explain case studies in the area of gender and develop daily examples
