Course Objective

The aim of the course is to give definition and meaning of strategy, to underline similarity and difference between strategy, geostrategy, geopolitics, and to analyze their historical development.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   learn definition and meaning of strategy, geostrategy, geopolitics and politics
2   understand means and methods of strategy
3   tell strategic changes in current world conjuncture
4   comprehend strategic decisions and applications in the international system after the Cold War
5   evaluate novelties about strategy between World War I and World War II
