Course Objective

This course aims at equipping the students with: an understanding of the economic behaviour of the real and artificial persons (micro) and the economic literacy skill that will enable them to analyse the current economic developments from a management point of view, given introductory knowledge of micro and market economy and to analyze various economical approaches

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to understand basic properties of economy
2   Students will be able to analyze consumer and producer behaviors
3   Students will be able to analyze changes in the market balance
4   Students will be able to distinguish differences about market structure
5   Students will be able to learn how to apply the economic way of thinking to a variety of issues
6   Students will be able to set the fundamentals of microeconomics that will be used in the further courses
