Course Objective

To know, especially disaster, injuries that occur during disasters and firs aid practices which we can apply for injuries that may occur in the disasters.

1   To learn meaning of the disasater
2   To learn meaning of the firs aid and to understand how to apply the basic principles of first aid
3   To learn first aid in the case of a variety of injuries

1 Disasters and the essential concepts
2 Explanation of first aid
3 The main differences between first aid and emergency care
4 Classification of main injuries seen during disasters
5 The main principles for implementation of first aid
6 The fundamental charactertics of the first aid volunteers
7 What is known wrong about implementation of first aid
8 Learning basic first aid principles for hemostasis
9 Learn to apply first aid in fractures and dislocations
10 Learn to apply first aid in fainting
11 Learn to apply first aid in comatose patients
12 Learn to aplply first aid in patients undergoing epilepsy
13 Learn to apply first aid in bleeding
14 To pick up what we have learned about first aid and reviewing applications
