Course Objective

This course, it is aimed to teach trainings of person working in religious tourism, basic information concerning human resources management and training and how to educate susceptible professionals in terms of religious.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand the basic concepts and principles of human resources management and implement these information
2   Comprehend the importance and place and of human resources in tourism sector, evaluate their impacts
3   Perceive the effects of religious sensibility in religious tourism; understand the contributions of instructed employees in religious tourism have religious sensibility.
4   Analyze the possible positive and negative results and differences of human relations and interactions in service sector.

Information about the preperation of assignments and preseentations will be given considering the number of the students attending the class in the beginning of the semester.

Assessment Criteria

Midterm: It will measure levels of students to extrapolate using knowledge acquired.
Assignment /Presentation: It will assess levels of students to make a comment, discuss and offer solution with a holistic approach and capabilities to transfer their knowledge.
Final Exam: It will measure level of students to correlate the concepts discussed during the course, to evaluate and discuss causality and relationships and to propose solutions.
