Course Objective

Explaining the basic concepts of labour law, the legal problems encountered in working detect and provide knowledge on remedies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to define the concepts of labor law
2   Be able to prevailing principles of labor law and existing business relationships in general grasp of the actual inequality
3   Be able to temporary employment relationship, the relationship between the principal employer-subcontractor to identify the differences between and the transfer of the employment contract
