Student Affairs Office
The Student Affairs Office is responsible for enrollment procedures of the students, the student information follow up, supervision of student fee contributions, tuition fees and the contribution credits granted by the Higher Education Scholarship and Dormitories Institution (KYK) and natural and legal persons, execution of military service deferments, preparation of statistical data, diploma and diploma supplements of the graduates and the student ID cards, preparation of academic calendar, procedures regarding the regulations, directives and codes of practice related to our university, follow-up of course plans and number of classes and procedures in respect to opening and closing faculty/school/department.
