Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach students the theoretical knowledge about organizational, managerial and behavioral characteristics of trade union and to gain students the ability to evaluate for the current problems of trade unions in changing socio-economic structure.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to distinguish trade union from other organizations
2   Being able to analyze the problems arising from the union's organizational and management structure
3   Being able to comprehend how to increase the effectiveness of the union
4   Being able to evaluate the attitudes and behaviors of the union member
5   Being able to interpret the changes in the fields of management and organization and organizational behavior in terms of trade union
