Course Objective

To make students which are trying to be experts on management and organization field learn about organizational development , its historical process and intervention technicques (individual, group and system level) related to the organizations and make them understsand the organizational change by using the intervention technicques.

2   to realize the need for change and development in organizations
3   to diagnose organizational problems
4   to analyze organizations using the steps in the organizational development stages
