Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach and develop methods and techniques based on scientific evidence for specific physical activities in order to protect community health, to understand the requirements of effective and safe physical activity for all segments of society and to create sensitive health professionals.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Plan exercise prescription for each special case.
2   To be able to scan physical fitness risk factors for health.
3   To be able to benefit from all approaches of high technology.
4   To be able to follow courses / seminars and updated information of international health organizations.
5   To be able to design different physical fitness methods before, during and after exercise in relation to different types of exercise and its applications.

2 The rationality for the preliminary evaluation of the scan becomes informed,
3 Assessing risk factors, resting blood pressure, blood tests, obesity, physical activity,

5 Muscle Eligibility, laboratory studies
6 Flexibility, laboratory studies
7 Cardiopulmonary compliance - submaximal and maximal tests,
8 Midterm
9 Basic principles for exercise prescription, cardiovascular fitness
10 Exercise prescriptions for weight loss, research articles on topics
11 Exercise prescriptions for flexibility and muscle strength, review of research articles on the subject
12 Exercise prescriptions for older people,
13 Exercise prescriptions for heart diseases,
14 Exercise prescriptions for diabetes,
15 Exercise prescriptions for other special occasions,
