Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide knowledge and skills about planning and application of a quality management (ISO 9001:2008), a production process, and a product audit.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to be able to audit for conformance and effectiveness of a quality management system (ISO 9001:2008)
2   to be able to plan the internal quality audits
3   to be able to prepare checklists for audits
4   to be able to relate circumstances which revealed during the audit with related clauses of ISO 9001:2008 standard.
5   to be able to determine improvement opportunities in an organization by system, process or product audits.
