Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine nature of interpersonal conflict, incompatible goals, overt conflict, escalation of conflict, managing conflict. In addition the interaction of conflict, and trust, power, communication, emotion, personality and culture also examine.

1   Being able to define basic concepts related to conflict
2   Being able to explain main theories and models related to conflict
3   Being able to give examples recent research about conflict resolution theory and analysis of conflict
4   Being able to describe the importance of research about interpersonal and group conflict.
