Course Objective

The aim of the course is to analyse similarities and differences between concepts like strategy, geostrategy and geopolitic by defining and underlying the notion of the strategy. Furthermore, we will elaborate roots of modern wars, total war, characteristics of wars from the Industrial Revolution to First World War and characteristics of nuclear and classic wars which occurred after the Second World War by evaluate historical dynamics of the political strategy.

1   Concepts as strategy, geostrategy, geopolitic and political strategy etc.
2   to comprehend tools and methodology of strategy
3   to explore change of the strategy at the world conjuncture of recent era
4   to comprehend strategic decisions and practices of international system after Cold War period
5   to perceive innovations which appeared between WWI and WWII
