Course Objective

his course aims to provide students with interpersonal conflict , types of conflict , its causes, conflict resolution strategies , principles, are able to gain knowledge and skills in interpersonal negotiation and mediation

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Define basic concepts related to interpersonal conflict resolution
2   Explain types and causes of interpersonal conflicts, and positive and negative results of conflict resolution process
3   Live examples in relation to interpersonal conflicts and conflict resolution strategies, and principles
4   Describe conflict resolution principles
5   Negotiate interpersonal conflicts face to face
6   Mediate interpersonal conflicts in order to reach peaceful and constructive agreement
