Course Objective

It is aimed that within the framework of statistical data to evaluate the elements of climate, mapping and interpretation of these data.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be analyzed by statistical methods of climatic elements
2   To be map the results obtained from calculations
3   To be interpret to the calculating results and maps.
4   To be determined climatic types by means of certain methods
5   To be known as a urban climate, thermal islands, synoptic maps and the topic of climatic exchanges.

8 Determining water balance and calculating quantity of running water

10 Determining to the climate types according to the Thornthwaite method
11 Interpreting to the climate types
12 Mapping to the precipitation data
13 Interpreting to the precipitation maps according to the Schreiber method
14 Interpreting to the synoptic maps
