Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce studens the resources and environmens of outdoor learning which are useful for social sciences teaching and make them to grasp the methods and approaches which can be followed for using these resources and environments effectively and make them to gain skills for practice.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain the basic concepts related with outdoor learning
2   To be able to define the outdoor resources and environmens which can be used in social sciences teaching.
3   To be able to explain the methods and techniques which can be used in outdoor social science teaching.
4   To be able to identify/select the outdoor teaching methods and techniques which are suitable for the course.
5   To develop skills to prepare outdoor learning activities and carry out these activities effectively.
