Course Objective

Basic approaches used in the teaching of German, examination methods and techniques past and present, examples of their application.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students can identify basic approaches in foreign language teaching, methods and techniques
2   Students can differentiate approaches in foreign language teaching in their historical development based on various factors.
3   Students can distinguish between different approaches.
4   Students can analyze the approaches used by different course books in understanding and analyzing the relationship between the methods and the course book materials.
5   Students can prepare teaching materials using different teaching approaches.
