Course Objective

to be gane the differential and integral calculation in single variable functions

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will be able to state the conditions of existences of the single-variable mathematical functions by using mathematical language
2   Will be able to explain the limit theorems and the conditions of continuity of the single-variable mathematical functions; will be able to calculate the limit of function; will recognize the point of unlimited and discontinuity
3   Will be able to explain the prosedure of differentiation and integration of single variable functions
4   Will be able to know the special theorems such as Rolle's Theorem, L'Hospital Prosedure and Mean Value's Theorem, used to search the actions of the single-variable mathematical functions
5   Will be able to compare the concepts of differentiation and definite integral , and will be able to establish the relations these concepts with concept of limit
6   Will be able to solve the problems using the differentiation and integration process and will be able to use these process for modelling the daily situations
7   Will be able to realize the errors when analizing the actions of the single-variable mathematical functions and explain these error's reasons
