Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop an understanding toward individual differences and appraisal techniques in general and develop skills and understanding toward non-test techniques in specific.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Comprehend the aim, function and priciples of psychological assessment.
2   Explain the differences between tests and non-test techniques.
3   Classify non-test techniques.
4   Recognize the qualities of non-test techniques.
5   Select appropriate non-test techniques in appraisal procedure.
6   Develop non-test techniques.
7   Develop skills for applying and interpreting results of non-test techniques.
