Course Objective

The purpose of this course, the concepts related to instructional technology, various instructional technologies, the place and the use of instructional technology in teaching, school and classroom technology needs, technology planning and implementation of appropriate teaching technologies, the development of teaching materials through the development of two-and three-dimensional materials (slides, visual media (VCD, DVD), computer-based tools), educational software, instructional materials and assessment, Internet and distance learning, visual design principles, research into the effects of instructional materials, instructional technologies in Turkey and the world user status.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows the principles of designing material.
2   Knows the stages of the production material.
3   Material design for Primary and Secondary Education subjects.
4   They can use the technological tools needed for music lessons.
5   They can use the necessary computer software for music education.
