Course Objective

The purpose of this course, cello, and the recognition of elements, to learn and apply basic knowledge and skills related to playing the cello.

1   Holds the instrument and bow correctly
2   Uses different strings bow.
3   Understands the sounds in first position.
4   Manages to play legato bow technique.
5   Manages to play detach bow technique.

1 Keep playing the cello, fit and grip.
2 Bow studies (in four strings, all bow)
3 Bow studies (in four strings-,upper half-lower half)
4 C Major scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
5 a minor scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
6 G Major scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
7 Preparatory work before the exam.
8 Midterm Exam
9 e minor scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
10 Major scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
11 F Major and d minor scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
12 Bb Majorand g minor scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
