Course Objective

Providing the students to reach a certain level and improving the musical skills of them.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Articulation techniques of students ipmrove, so they can play fast passages. 2   Practising musical scales with five flats and five sharps. 3   They can play lengthy passages in one breath. 4   Musical expression of the students improve,they can play pieces in high level. 5   They get realization of intonation.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description 1 Control of playing position, scale practising. 2 Repeating all the major and minor scales which were taught till now, breath practising. 3 Pracitising the scales with five flats and five sharps. 4 Etude practising. 5 Playing etudes that will support the scales with five flats and five sharps. 6 Playing the first part of a sonata which accompanied by piano. 7 Term Examination. 8 Elaborating on musical expressions of a sonata which accompanied by the piano. 9 Etude practising. 10 Etude practising. 11 Playing the second part of a sonata which accompanied by the piano. 12 Pracitising the scales which were learnt before. 13 Practise week. 14 Intonation, breath and tone practising. 15 Final Examination.
