Course Objective

To explain relationship of the public services about food and agricultural activities, mainly related to food safety, and the private sector by the principles and rules of administrative law in the light of judicial decisions

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to explain the general principles of food and agricultural law
2   Ability to interpret the judicial decisions about food and agricultural law
3   Ability to reveal thr regulations related to food and agricultural law and the changes
4   Ability to compare the national regulations on food and agriculture law with the EU regulations
5   Ability to solve disputes concerning the law of food and agriculture
