Course Objective

After evaluation the concept of "Public procurement" (broad and narrow sense), To examine the principles that have dominated the tender process, classification of legal regulations related to public procurement, public tender stages in the narrow sense, conflicts in the process of tendering, the administrative control of these disputes, the duties and authority of the Public Procurement Authority, the legal nature of the decisions, legal remedies against the decisions

3   Implement legislation on public procurement
4   To express the principles of the sovereign public tender

9 Duties and powers of the Public Procurement Authority
10 Administrative control in the process of public procurement, complaints, objections to complain
11 The judicial review on process of public procurement
12 Signing of the contract
