Course Objective

The establishment of relationship between the right to a healthy life and health law, investigation of administrative organization in the field of health and operation and the basic principles, legal problems and solutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain the link between the health care law with the right to a healthy life
2   To identify transaction and actions of health administration is subject to in which legal regime
3   Evaluate the basic principles of health care law
4   To have an idea about responsibility arising out of health services
5   To explain the legal regime of pharmaceutical research in health law

9 Hospital management concept
10 Biomedicine contract in terms of Health Law and legal regime of medical research
11 Responsibility arising from Health Care Services
