Course Objective

Determination of the legal nature of the concept of disciplinary sanctions, examination of basic principles of disciplinary law, to determintion the procedural rules of disciplinary investigation, explanation the rules of the procedures that must be followed in order to make criminal prosecution of civil servants, determination of the legal nature of the suspension measure.
