Course Objective

The aim of course; to give to the students at the undergraduate level Informations about restricted real rights and their types and sequences. In addition this course serving as the infrastructure in many areas for example Civil Procedure Law and Execution and Bankruptcy Law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	Be able to determine definitions, types, contents of restricted real rights.
2	Be able to examination scientific studies, given the judicial decisions and legislation in restricted real rights.
3	Be able to identfy problems that may have emerged in the field of restricted real rights.
4	Be able to produce critical and controversial opinions in the field of restricted real rights.
5	Be able to improve learning, learn skills and critical thinking in the field of restricted real rights.
6	Be able to transfer the opinions about restricted real rights to the others as oral and written.

1	General Introduction (Concept and types of restricted real right and Types of Real Rights, Subjects and sequence of restricted real rights)
2	In general easements In general easement what conected to the property
3	Generally personal easement rights and usufruct rights
4	right of superficies
5	the other rights of easements.
6	Definition, Types of right of liens, Basis of Real Estate liens and their acquisition and loss.
7	Scope of Real Estate liens, preserve the value of the real estate liens, Merging to pieces and division with another real estate.
8	Conversion of the real estate liens to the money, determination of trustees for claim, the new owner's facility of recovering of liens, Mortgage, legal Mortgage Rights.
9	Securities of Debt with Mortgage and Securities of Annuity
10	General principles of the movable goods liens, movable goods liens, what require delivery.
11	movable goods liens without delivery, right of retention, liens about the Rights and claims, liens with loans, who provising for liens, bonded debt
12	encumbrance on real estate
