Course Objective

To examine energy , renewable energy concepts, Energy Charter Treaty, basic principles of energy markets, legal regulations the field of (particularly) in the electricity market, natural gas, petroleum, geothermal etc., as the legal basis for the activities of persons of private law license (permit, license) and contracts, conflicts in this area, duties and powers of the Energy Market Regulatory Board and judicial review.

2   To evaluate the structure of the legal aspects of the energy market
3   To express the principles of the energy market in legal terms
4   To distinguish according to the type of energy is a separate legal regime

7 Legal regime of geothermal energy
8 Regulation of energy market and the duties and powers of EMRA
9 Transaction of EMRA and judicial review
10 Application domain of fundamental legal concepts (upper right, expropriation etc.) in energy market
11 Administrative sanctions in energy market and supervision of them
12 Application and practice
