Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop speaking, reading and writing skills of learners to get a better understanding of English in an academic environment. By the end of the semester students finish three main models which are
speaking, reading and writing.

1. Attending at least 70 percent of lectures is mandatory.
2. Plagiarism of any type will result in disciplinary action.
3. The instructor reserves the right to give quizzes at anytime. The grades from the quizzes will be incorporated
into the midterm and final exam grades.
