Course Objective

It is aimed to provide the basic knowledge about the analysis, modelling and demand-supply balance of transportation systems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to associate the human, vehicle and road characteristics which are the main elements of transportation activities
2   To be able to say the basic terms of transportation systems
3   To be able to compare different transportation modes
4   To be able to interpret about the demand-cost relation
5   To be able to present and investigate the findings about transportation systems
