Course Objective

This course informs the students how to use computer-aided design software in mining area.

2   Should digitize the data of the mining field
3   Should draw three-dimensional drawing of Mine topography
4   Should compile drilling data
5   Should plan open pit and underground

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Research related to computer-aided software.
2 Presentation related to computer-aided software.
3 Computer-aided design on mining, which areas that will be used and for what purpose.
4 Instructor will give a detailed presentation about Computer-aided design software.
5 Data from different mines will be given to student groups.
6 Presentation of the digitized data will be carried out how to use which area.
7 The exam will carry out as application with computer.
8 Groups will present and discuss their work about the results of work
9 Groups will present and discuss their work about the results of work
10 Groups will present and discuss their work about the results of work
11 Groups will present and discuss their work about the results of work
12 Groups will present and discuss their work about the results of work
13 The exam will carry out as application with computer.
14 Project groups will present and discuss their analysis in 15-20 minute period
