Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide the students to learn a brief description of cryptography and practical applications that have been implemented to provide network security.

1   Differentiate the differences of security protocols.
2   Explain the technologies used in network security by example.
3   Create secure networks.
4   Describe how firewalls work.
5   Use web browsers securely.
