Course Objective

To gain the management knowledge and skills via theoretical issues related to business administration and practical applications for textile enterprises.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Describe the basic concepts of business and business management
2   To explain the basic theoretical approaches of management science
3   To explain the basic functions of the management [planning, organizing, directing, coordination, control]
4   To associate the management functions with each other
5   To interpret managerial problems and situations that arise in textile in terms of management functions
6   Using the management skills for the solution of administrative problems
7   To understand the idea of modern management system
8   To understand the current management techniques of the 21 st century
